How much of an impact did officer One-Fifteen have on Starr that is not related to their hatred against the police or white people?

Officer One-Fifteen is slowly starting to rip part Starr's relationship with her friends and family. Hailey, her racist best friend, has different views on the subject of Khalil's death. She believes that One-Fifteen should be set free because he felt threatened whereas Starr knows Khalil did nothing threatening in the least bit. Hailey is not listening to Starr's opinion and side of things and that made a large grey area in their friendship that was already not stable. Also, Starr's mother wants to leave Garden Heights because of all the danger associated to their neighborhood. In contrary, Starr's father believes that they should stay to teach the kids that running away from their fears is a bad thing and they should stay and try to fix up the neighborhood. This causes tension between Starr's parents and her mom threatens to leave him unless he understands they need to move for the safety of their family.
